I am a British gestalt therapist based in Catalunya. I offer sessions in Barcelona, Vic and Girona, or online.

I also work with the arts & creativity. I have a special interest in coercive control, high-demand groups (aka cults), persuasion and influence, and hold a UK diploma in "Dealing with Ñarcissism". 

I am not a fan of the New Age beliefs or Naranjismo that are rife in Spanish gestalt - or what Yontef termed "boom-boom-boom therapy". There will be no talk of the divine feminine/masculine, how you cause your own illness with your toxic thoughts, inner child or victim-blaming in my sessions 😅😅. I'm not dissing Spanish gestalt (or saying everyone practices like this) - I think it provides a much needed boost of creativity and humanity to the gestalt space just, you know, "un poquito de por favor!". There are a lot of accusations about culty and dangerous practices in gestalt flying around in the press at the moment - some of which are more than justified

Philosophy in English - explore the philosophical roots of gestalt therapy: existentialism, phenomenology and philosophical discourse, whilst improving your English
